1. Overview

This website, soviela.com (the "Site"), is operated by Saviela LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Saviela," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you are using the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display product colors, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be accurate or that descriptions are error-free. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices and availability may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

4. Orders and Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. 5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@soviela.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms and the policies referenced above are the entire agreement between you and Saviela regarding the Site.
